¥10M–15M
Own the technical roadmap and architecture, lead the engineering team, and take responsibility for launch stability, security and performance.
Must-have: 8+ yrs web engineering, 3+ yrs leading; TypeScript/React/Next.js/Node, PostgreSQL/Prisma.
¥7.5M–11M
Build platform features end-to-end (author / reader / ops side), write tests and take part in code reviews.
Must-have: solid TypeScript/React/Next.js/Prisma, REST/Server Actions, self-driven delivery.
¥8M–12M
Build subscription billing, royalty payouts, refunds, multi-currency, Japanese consumption tax (qualified invoices), reconciliation and audit — with rigorous correctness and idempotency.
Must-have: deep Stripe (or similar) experience, financial-grade correctness mindset (idempotency / reconciliation / audit), strong TypeScript.
¥5.5M–9M
Day-to-day accounting and closing, royalty payouts and reconciliation, multi-currency, consumption-tax / qualified-invoice work, and collaboration with tax accountants and the payments engineer — a key human-judgment role.
Must-have: bookkeeping (Nissho 2nd grade) or equivalent, Japanese corporate accounting / closing experience, diligence and compliance awareness.
¥6.5M–10M
Own the ops-console processes, content policy and trust & safety (reports / appeals / anti-abuse / age compliance), and define SLAs and escalation.
Must-have: trust & safety / content ops / platform-governance experience, calm judgment, JP/EN (CN a plus).
¥7M–11M
Own the product roadmap and priorities, requirements and acceptance, coordinate engineering / design / ops / finance, and set the launch-and-iterate rhythm.
Must-have: consumer / platform product experience, data-driven, excellent written communication.
¥3.8M–5.5M
Support users and authors (JP/CN/EN), handle tickets and the knowledge base, and feed common issues back to product and engineering.
Must-have: at least two working languages (Japanese preferred), empathy and structure, basic technical literacy.
¥7M–12M
Maintain terms / privacy / legal documents and compliance (GDPR / APPI etc.), contract review, copyright and content legal matters, and liaise with outside counsel and tax accountants. Can start part-time / on contract.
Must-have: tech / platform legal experience, familiarity with data and consumer protection, JP/EN.
